Refund and Returns Policy

At Ribaash, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we are here to help you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • The item delivered is damaged.
    • The color, fabric, or design received is different from what was ordered.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels/tags intact.
  • Sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as “I don’t like it,” “change of mind,” or “different from expectation.”

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers.
  • Customized or altered clothing.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued via your original payment method or as store credit (depending on your choice).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of an exchange/refund, the customer will be responsible for return courier charges unless the fault is from our side.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and product pictures for verification.
  3. Once approved, send the parcel to our returns address.
  4. After inspection, we will process your refund/exchange accordingly.

6. Important Notes

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
